Hawaii is home to some of the greatest resorts and hotels in the world. From budget to deluxe, we've got all the information you need to make an intelligent decision on where you'll stay, on your visit to Hawaii. We don't repeat what you can read for yourself in a brochure or advertisement. We rate the location on many factors ambience, privacy, location/view/setting. Privacy and location are fairly self-explanatory but ambience can probably use some clarification. Wonderful, loving environments are not just four-poster beds covered with down quilts and lace pillows. For the most part, ambience is rated according to degree of comfort and number of gracious appointments, as opposed to image and frills.

We also realize that we have a variety of people at different stages in their lives traveling to Hawaii. Therefore we also rate the hotels on many factors such as kids programs, sports and other activities and much more  Our reviews don't always please the properties we include, but we are dedicated to our small family of clientele at SunBusters Hawaiian Vacations ( which already is, or we are hoping to be -- you ) first , foremost and always.

On that note, we cannot emphasize the following point enough. Many of the brochures and ads for the various hotels, resorts and restaurants in Hawaii make them look infinitely better than they are in reality . We were often shocked after reading scintillating brochures and seeing pictures (as many unsuspecting tourists have been) when we found establishments that did not begin to live up to their promises. By and large however the ALOHA spirit rings throughout all hotels, restaurants, activities and in the eyes of the Hawaiian people.
